I love my apartment and all the amenities that come with living here! The staff has been amazing, very professional and helpful. And the maintenance crew is quick to fix maintenance issues.

I've been living in this community for a while now, and while there are some lovely aspects, there are definitely areas that need improvement.
First off, the sense of community is great. However, the office staff can be quite dry and unapproachable. If you’re looking for good service, I highly recommend speaking with Ashley. She stands out with her friendly demeanor and genuine connection, making interactions much more pleasant.
On another note, parking can be frustrating. The visitor parking... lot is often mostly empty, yet the app consistently indicates that it’s full. This can be a real hassle if you have family or friends visiting, as they may struggle to find a place to park.
Unfortunately, the maintenance of the building leaves something to be desired. The elevators often have an unpleasant odor, and the hallways are not much better. I've noticed garbage drippings from the valet trash service trailing through the halls and onto the floor mats, which is not ideal.
Lastly, the issue of dog waste is prevalent. It seems that some neighbors aren't taking responsibility, leading to a less than pleasant walking experience.
Overall, living here is average at best. While there are some positives, the lack of care for the community and its upkeep is disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues soon for the benefit of all residents.
