I highly recommend living at The Oliver. The apartment complex is nearly new, with all amenities in excellent condition, and the area feels very safe. I like training in the gym with the downtown skyline as a view.
I want to give special thanks to Bert from the leasing office. He provided a thorough tour, answered all my questions, and made the leasing process seamless. On my move-in day, Bert went above and beyond, ensuring I was well accommodated by reserving the elevator and loading dock.... His support and welcoming attitude made my transition smooth and enjoyable.
If you are wondering about the train noise, you can barely hear it, it’s impressively quiet.

I've had an exceptional experience at The Oliver, from move-in day to settling into my new home. The management team has been consistently helpful, addressing any concerns quickly and professionally. The amenities, like the gym and shared spaces, are always clean and well-maintained, which really enhances the living experience. The community atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel at home here.
