I truly don’t even know where to begin with my experience at this complex……
Before residents move in they don’t thoroughly deep clean the apartments it’s like they put a bandaid on things that need urgent attention that are hazardous to the environment and the residents their AC units are super old and need filters changed thoroughly because of how old their generators are….. only The staff have the keys to fix that issue but they fix the issue without fixing it… I figured this out when I had... issues with the garbage disposal in the kitchen where everytime you pressed it gunk and water would come out the wall where you hook up your washer and dryer and it wasn’t just gunk it was poop and just sewage coming through non stop… flooding my entire house from kitchen to room to living room ….when they came to fix it and open the Closet where the generator and AC unit is in the kitchen it was a huge Hole in the wall with sewage and chunks of poop gushing out of the wall and they didn’t care to fix it and they left the hole open……on top of that you would have thought they would’ve also cleaned the flooding and everything but me and my family had to wear masks and clean all of that hazardous stuff ourselves while dealing with a new born…. The filter to the air conditioner in the closet was broken and filthy and you can tell it hasn’t been changed in Ages!! This situation not being taken serious and being dealt with urgently the way it should’ve been led to tons of rodents and I mean tons nomatter how clean the house will be roaches were swarming my home in groups literally everywhere….. they paint over everything including things that shouldn’t necessarily be painted like the bathroom sinks they can’t be cleaned properly bc the paint chips off mold in the bathtub on top of the paint peeling off the tub from poor paint job it just doesn’t make sense…. I have been living at Trails Of Dominion Park since August 9 2023 and since I have moved in the apartment has not done they part. They have roaches and refuse to exterminate no matter how many times you call the office.There have been countless times of me informing them of things that aren’t working and not fixing my apartment and they have yet to be fixed. I signed a 14 month lease in August and my ceiling fan still has yet to be replaced. I plan on moving out and not resigning my lease in... October. I don’t recommend these apartments for anybody else to live here, they mark off work orders, even though they have never completed them. I call pest control. They never come to be replaced or even put on the Office never answers the phone nor can I ever get an answer out of the office. The Maintance Office never want to come fix anything. It took them three days to fix my air condition and legally. My air condition has to be fixed as soon as I make a call about it they don’t take anything serious. They mark up stuff that they have never even came to check up on. I am very displeased with my few months living here and I don’t ever plan on moving back here ever again. They sit up here and change the policies without informing the residence or including us in the changes that’s being taken. There is no communication between the residence and the office.
