Amazing staff, particularly Ariel, who took their time to make sure I found the perfect apartment. Quick and easy application process, and move-in took only a few minutes! Lots of parking spaces, quiet apartment, and the location can’t be beat. Definitely worth checking out The Westheimer!

Love this place so much. I moved in the week of a hurricane with a tornado, & have gone thru the snow storm here all in less than a year- and this management team has handled everything phenomenally. The maintenance and cleaning staff are seriously so kind and work so hard. My job is 2 blocks away so this location couldn’t get any better. I’m so happy here.

in general OK, but common areas such stairs, outside elevators are always dirty.
I reported once that there was dog poop just stepping out the door of the stairs on 2nd floor and nobody clean it...it was clear many people stepped on it....
