How Is This Rating Determined?

I live here, I know what I'm talking about. I gave it a 5 star so you can see this comment but it deserves less than 1 star.

First of all lets start by stating that they no longer have a courtyard. The owner is so greedy he converted it into more "secure parking space" that you have to pay extra for and is not even that secure, your car could get damage. Even when there was a courtyard, he would not let anyone in and the kids no longer have a space to play soccer or basketball. Not only that, residents get a fine if their kids want to go outside and ride their bikes or play soccer, because that is no longer permitted.... There are only 6 visitor parking spaces in the whole building, the owner gated the majority of what used to be the visitor parking lot and converted it into residents only, so if you have family that wants to visit you or friends, and you don't have the car sticker that says you live there, your visitors car can get towed on the spot. you have to pay 5 dollars to get a one day permit to park on the premises if you don't live there. Even when you do live there you don't have a guarantee assigned parking space. If you live in a studio or 1 bedroom and have 2 cars you have to pay rent for the second car, same thing if you live on a 2 bedroom and have more than 2 cars. overall, not a great place to live in, I plan to be moving shortly, if you want an annoying landlord that is always up in everybody business, I would not recommend. You will get fined for everything, even the small things. Security is also not great at all, anyone can walk inside the gates.
Dishwasher not guarantee*
Cant have anything on the balcony or you get fined****
