The unit itself is nice. Community is pretty quiet. Only problem I’ve had is my hot water doesn’t stay hot for more than 5 minutes I’ve put in ticket after ticket and I still have the same issue. Then my water bill is extremely high and they say it’s based on the usage of the building?!? Why am I paying for others usage when I can’t even take a full shower without the water turning cold. This is really upsetting ! I was told regardless if I was out of town for a whole months and didn’t use any... water my bill could still be high based off what others use in my building ???? this must be a Texas thing cause I’ve never heard it that…

Regarding the hot water situation, I deeply regret that this problem... persists despite your maintenance requests. I will personally follow up with our maintenance team to prioritize resolving this issue as soon as possible
In terms of your water bill, I’d like to clarify that our property operates on a submetered utility billing system, where water usage is allocated among residents based on the overall consumption of the building. While this method is common in Texas and helps to fairly distribute costs, I understand how it might feel unfair, especially in situations like yours. Please know that the charges are calculated according to standard practices and guidelines.

No estoy del todo satisfecho , pero es un buen vecindario para vivir , hay algunas cosas que no me agradan como que fuman hierba , tampoco que hay vecinos problemáticos se supone que donde tú vives es tu paz y perturban demasiado más el ruido de ciertos vecinos

It’s been pleasant. I haven’t had any bad experiences since I’ve been here. It’s super quiet and close to a lot of restaurants and shops on Eldridge & Westheimer.

Community use to be super amazing, I've been here for a good while now and have seen it all. Gates are always open, anyone can walk in at any point, our tires have been stolen twice now. Our neighbors tires have been stolen. No patrol vehicle on site sometimes. People speeding through when driving in from gate.
