not the worst. not the best
I’ve lived here only for a short time. New management started right after I moved in. At first the old management made things very irritating. They never sent me the link for the parcel lockers and it took them almost a month to get it working even though i had a package inside. I also paid for a gate key, which didn’t work for a better part of the first month until i went in with a stern attitude that im paying for services that i am not receiving. I was also told at signing that my appliances... were going to be new since i have and “upgraded unit”. Even though mine were at move-in.. neither one of my washer/dryer worked and i had to get them replaced but they replaced them with old appliances. Turns out that the w/d is their “biggest issue” due to budgets?? And when my washer was installed, the maintenance connected the hot and cold waters backwards so when i select “cold” water, it’s actually hot. I could change it myself but i am not strong enough nor do i have the tools to do it myself. They ask you to do a walk-through and fill out a form as to address any issues.. but nothing i noted has been fixed including the fact that most of my outlets in the kitchen don’t work. Which is my main reason for choosing this unit at these apartments- the larger kitchen. The maintenance seems lazy. Whoever is supposed to collect the trash, doesn’t do it as often as they should and I’ve seen the same trash sitting by a downstairs neighbors door for nearly 2 weeks. This could be the reason for the bugs other reviews have mentioned, though i haven’t had that problem in my own unit. I’m not a complainer, and especially when i don’t see that my “complaints” are being addressed. I guess I’ll just write poor reviews and maybe my concerns will be handled.
