Parking is non existant unless you pay
good luck with parking unless you pay for a carport or garage. new management had visitor parking painted in multiple locations which makes there less than 1 parking spot per unit unless you want to pay. garages are not available because they let residents have multiple garages and they run their business out of. I watch a guy working on furniture daily from his garage. If you own a car do not rent here. good luck finding a place to park in the evening, multiple residents rent a garage or... carport but park in a regular spot on a daily basis.

Overpriced and under maintained.
Manager refused to let me see apartment before move in. I saw why!
Been here 2 years. Apartments look ok inside.. Was lied to by manager when signed contract for lease. Told was 'Newly Remodeled' anything but... old stained carpets (was told would be hardwood when leased). Old linoleum in bathrooms, kitchen painted over water damage in bathrooms. Toilets are old and leak. Maintenance comes and just throws on some calking and claims fixed. AC units couple decades old and fail... regularly. Electrical is faulty and a number of lights and outlets just go out... Sink has crack in cabinet top that supports it and is not level.. was noted on move in sheet and NEVER repaired. Refrigerator has missing trays, Oven light does not work. Despite maintenance requests NEVER fixed.
Maintenance gone worse downhill last year... Fire extinguishers gone from outside apartments. Lights broken in doorways. People trashing area and management does nothing...
I have stayed because near facility family needs.. Not worth it anymore will move when lease up. Current manager a nasty person.
Switched to new biller and jacked up fees on water, sewage and trash (double bill from month ago.) added numerous "Admin Fees" Billing company says to talk to management about fees - Management says talk to Billing company. Unfair to tenants

DON'T MOVE HERE
I'm happy we only have a 3 month lease here. The inside of the apartment looks fairly decent for the price and that's why we decided to move in. We notice a few things broken after we moved in so I notified them. 2 weeks and 3 notifications later, maintenance still had not been by. I was told every time that they would come by the next day. Finally during week three, they came and fixed it. A few weeks later, our A/C broke. I sent in an online work order. Nothing. A week later I went into the... office. Nothing. The manager is very rude and clearly doesn't care. If I would have met her initially, I would have never moved in. Neighbors are very inconsiderate. They have weekly outdoor parties with loud music and kids running around screaming. Cars zoom through the parking lots. Some even play really loud music at night in their cars. I decided to write this review because I was going to renew my lease just to avoid moving again before leave Houston in a few months and I found out they were trying to completely rip me off. They raised the rent by $500 for another 3 month lease. It would be $100 cheaper to live here month to month and there 12 month lease is still not even as cheap as the rent we pay now. The manager claimed I had a premium rate..... So the regular rate is $500 more? I think not. For $500 more we could live closer to Houston w/ a 3 month lease and still live in a better environment. We thought we were going to live here longer until we moved to another city but I would rather move twice in a year than to give anymore money to them. Please don't move here unless you have no other choice. It doesn't seem that bad until it's too late.

Apartments look good, but poor management.
When I first moved in, the property was owned by The Hills out of Ohio and they let the property just fall apart, not to mention taking off with my deposit and pet deposit without ever documenting it. When Greystar took over, John promised us they were working hard to fix things as fast as possible, that was last year. Now Sarah runs the property and I have seen her team members switch on a regular basis, not to mention it taking unreasonably long times to repair anything.
Residents are loud,... rude, speed through the parking lot on the wrong side of the road, and since about a few weeks ago we no longer have a fire extinguisher in the outer hall, was removed without notice. Gated community, but gates are open 90% of the time allowing anyone to come in and park whenever they want. We have problems finding a spot near our apartment constantly at night, which sucks for 2nd shift people. They claim the motherboard is bad for their discontinued gate system, which it's been like for about 2 years. This is blatant false advertisement.
There are problems with random people walking around with weapons, spouse abuse in public view, and plain terrible people renting on the property that take up 2-3 spots with terrible parking skills.
The apartments have water sprinklers in them so if they activate for any reason, kiss your electronics goodbye.
They claim they are the cheapest around, a single look on the internet proves this isn't true, infact they aren't close. Promenande @ Jersey Village is much cheaper than the sqft of their apartments which is about 5-7 miles toward Houston on 290. This is not something you want to boast when it's verifiable within seconds.

nice apartments but expensive
These apartments are nice but cost way more than what they should considering the residents they allow to live here. Before management changed about 8 months ago , felons were not allowed to live here. Now I just found out that they are not even checking criminal backgrounds. If I am going to be paying almost 1600.00 a month for an apartment, I feel as if they should be checking that information and not allowing this in our complex. They do not fix things in a timely manner and the security... gates rarely ever work.
