The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home include a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed and a single bed in the second bedroom, a queen bed in the third bedroom, a queen bed and a twin bunk bed in the fourth bedroom, and two queen beds in the fifth bedroom. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook.
House-trained pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet. Additional fees apply from the seventh guest onwards, with a $39 fee per guest per night. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.

Self-check-in service is provided. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway as street parking is strictly forbidden. No smoking is allowed indoors and a $500 fine applies for violations. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, but cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. Landscaping is done once a week. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.
