This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The garage is remodeled for a ping pong table. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees.
