The pool house is used for storage and not accessible to guests. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. The pool is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, but there are no cameras inside the house. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest.
