Water leakage in Cortland La villita
I want to express my disappointment with the services provided by the leasing office. The ongoing water leakage issue in my apartment has caused significant inconvenience, and the way this situation has been handled has only added to my frustration.
The response and service have been extremely poor, leaving us to deal with the continuous disruption, health concerns, and discomfort. This is not the level of service we expected when we chose to live in this community. A home should be a place of... comfort, not constant issues and unresolved problems.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your services to ensure that residents do not have to go through such frustrating experiences.

We understand that dealing with water leakage is never easy, and it’s certainly not the experience we want for... our residents. Please know that we take such matter s seriously and work diligently to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
We also understand that the use of fans and dehumidifiers following the leak has added to the discomfort, as they can be noisy. We regret that this further contributed to your frustration, and we are constantly evaluating how we can manage these situations in a way that minimizes disruption to our residents.
We did offer the option to transfer to another apartment as a potential solution, and we genuinely hope that would provide you with a more comfortable living environment. We deeply value your feedback and will continue to improve our services to ensure that future residents do not experience the same frustrations.
