Worst Manager

This apartment complex has the worst incompetent Manager. She's irresponsible, ignorant and has no clue as to her job responsibilities. She repeatedly refused to give me ownership full name and number to contact about her poor performance. They never repair anything in a timely manner. Worst complex and management I've ever had to deal with.
