I love living here at ascend at Ventana lakes the community is welcoming and comforting the staff are great and you can earn rewards while being a resident they have great perks while living here thank you Ventana

Overall, my experience living in this apartment has been pretty positive. The atmosphere is quiet and feels homely, making it one of the coziest places I’ve lived in. I do wish the complex had gated access for added security, especially after my car was stolen and later recovered. Despite that incident, I’d still rate my experience here a solid 7 out of 10.

Moving in during the holidays was challenging but working with the leasing staff was wonderful. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly.
I met one neighbor on move in day that lend a hand with the heavy items. Thank you so much T.
One other thing I do love about the Ascend community is the trash valet. It is very cold out right now but someone comes and take out the trash.

So far so good. Something I do not like is how thin the walls are as I can hear my neighbors every move. I live on the third floor and can literally hear when the garages on the first floor open and close. I've had specific banking/accounting questions regarding my lease/account and constantly get the run around from the leasing agents for months, still no response. Other than that, I love my apartment.
