Not Worthy

The area is very well situated, grocery stores near by, easy access from i-10 and 99 however administration ( Price Broadstone LLC) is a joke, the gym is infested with crickets, rug is extremely dirty and 50% of the machines are broken, so you will pay but not use them, same with the pool that was closed all summer last year, every time with a different excuse and the paths are always flooded and you can’t walk, I have a third floor and I’ve been having an ant infestation for more than 7 months,... only 2 weeks ago finally someone came to check and I was told I have 2 different kinds of ants, however they still around so I signed my early move because I’m tired of asking the lease people to do something as I’m actually paying them for that, recently I noticed walls are painted with different colors, in the same room, they just didn’t finished painting and details all over the apartments are cheap and rusty, you will find used condoms in the dog park and parking is a nightmare, don’t waste your money here, they are other places near by thousands times better and with similar pricing, I got this place because I was on a rush and didn’t check anything before moving, my fault

Renter Beware!!!

If you value your health, this is not the property you which to reside. I have been a resident for over 5years and over the last 4 months I have experiences continues Water Leaks and Mold Growth with no concern of the Mold Growth and my health by the Management Office and/or the Property Management Price Realty Corporation.
I have submitted photos and video and they just do a "quick fix", management doesn't check behind the Maintenance Team even after another Work Order is submitted by the...
resident about the same issue.
Now, I have been "denied" my 30-day Notification for Early Lease Termination by the Property Manager.
My only question is "would the Property Manager and/or Management Company live in these conditions and expose themselves and family to mold that has been know to cause health issues?"

Worst property I have ever lived in. Zero stars!

They have roaches every where. Although they provide pest control, but that doesn't help with the issue. I lived on the third floor and had tried all means of roach and spider prevention like using strainers, baits ,... , and while keeping every where super clean, still got roaches every month as this property sewer system is infested with roaches and they end up in your house no matter what you do.
-You see dog poops every where at every hallway entrance but the management doesn't do anything...
about it, rather than sending out pick up reminders to the careless residents.
- They gym is always out of hand sanitizer wipes and the temperature never drops below 74 in it. Two out of the treadmills in the gym are always out of order and non of the ellipticals are calibrated.
They charge you with carpet cleaning and lint cleaning upon your move out and although they confess in writing that there was no stain and tear on the carpet, they still charge you $60. After contacting them several times to find out the reason for carpet cleaning charges, a management representative (name starting with "Jack") said that I had to shampoo the carpet before leaving and they will not believe the carpet was shampooed unless I show them my carpet cleaning invoice. She later threaten me with sending my account balance to the collector. I returned my apartment key when the carpet in my unit was as bright and clear as a sun, and when I said that nowhere in the contract I signed, you have mentioned that I need to shampoo the carpet before moving out, she said that management has the authority to go beyond everything they have mentioned in any list and documents. She continued saying that she doesn't have time to talk to me!
-The management changes every month and you will see new faces on your every visit to the front office.
- And the last but not least, they say they have never received your package while your package is sitting in their mailing room because they don't want to dig into their mailing room good enough to find your items. lost two of my packages this way.

Never a Broadstone again!

Buyer Beware! The final straw was the exaggerated fees we were charged on moving out, the $300 late fee that they racked on, and then, even after it was paid they still sent it to hit our credit reports!! The BBB has received multiple complaints about this property, wish I would have known ahead of time! Also would have liked to know that they were selling the property, three times in the three years I was there. The landscaping and maintenance went to hell, flees were uncontrollable and they... have rats in the walls. I ordered pest control for German cockroaches 8 different times (I got charged for) to no avail! I even had my own companies come, also spent tons in products on amazon, and couldn’t get rid of them! Then they had the nerve to charge me upon leaving because they found roaches! I was told that I should not have paid for the cleaning service that I hired before moving out, and they charged me for cleaning anyways. The fitness center has dangerously faulty equipment in it. I reported it all of the time and it never got repaired or upgraded. I was told that they were prioritizing that money for new leasing office carpet. The culture of your neighbors changes with the culture of the leasing office crew every time the property sells. I had hoards of screaming children outside my bedroom window nightly, and they tear up the landscaping. The increase in rent is epic every year. The leasing office personnel either always change or are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Not at all a peaceful place to live. We also had many break ins. It looks nice when you first view the property but you will be stuck living in hell for as long as you put up with it. I have photos available upon request. P.S. my fiancé made a similar post and it got removed, don’t fall for only seeing good reviews on this site.

I rent an apartment here 5 years ago.

I leave in this property for several years. Everything was good until 2 years ago when the owner changed. The new owner or company that has bought it is very bad. For example, pest control is not as good as it was, everywhere you see insects, spiders, and when you call them the agent comes in and use pesticide as little as possible and there is no difference in the number of bugs or cockroaches. The swimming pool is always dirty. With the previous owner, every service like changing the bulbs or... entrance remote control batteries was for free however, you have to pay for all of these services. They charge us more for utility and garbage but they do not provide the service. For instance last year they charged us extra for pesticide but for one year there where no pesticide control on site. I asked the manager for pest control in my apartment and they did not come in for several months, and every time I talked to the manager why they do not come in my apartment she answered "Oh my god we lost your request they will be in your apartment next week" but they never came in. Water is not good in this complex and you have to change curtain liner in your bathtub every month. Black mold will form around every tab water. The quality of water is very bad here. The printer does not have paper or ink at any time that you need to print something.
If something is broken in the Jim or other places in the complex they do not repair it or it takes months to repair it.
The company takes your rent on time but they do not provide the services that they have to provide. I do not recommend you to move here. everything is going worst and worst since the owner changed.
