The apartment complex is well maintained. Having access to all the amenities is very helpful, comforting and easy to access. The ladies upfront are always so nice and so helpful. We are super thankful for Rosario Castellanos as she was very helpful getting us into our new home.

The staff in the office staff is great to work with, and the apartment was in great shape when I moved in. When I had trouble with the dishwasher they were here in 45 min to repair it. I have had no problem with it since the repair. The service tech was great to talk to and the repair was taken care of quickly.

I love my new apartment at Greenwood at katy. Amazing community, clean and neat environment and calm, Leasing staffs are amazing and welcoming, Always willing to help and cares about their residents. I greatly recommend Greenwood at Katy.
