San Remo Apartments

It is a nice looking and fairly safe place to live but still subject to crime due to lack of prevention. The pool area is one of the best but can't do even a kids party...yep or at least no more 3 persons per resident. The security guard will come like if you have committed a crime and call a police officer. It is a fairly new complex and it's been well maintained. I've lived here for over a year now and absolutely love the area. It's a wonderful location, all of the amenities are great. Recently management had a food truck come and offer their services, as well as a masseuse. It is a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for.

The new property management here is the worst I've come across in the past 20 years i have been renting. Not helpful and rude is an understatement. It feels like dealing with young, rude children who have no people/life skills and are miserable at work. Love my apartment, but staff if terrible.

The staff was rude and never returned my calls as promised whenever I had issue. Also when my lease was up I requested to stay month to month and was told my unit was sold. Mind you I have always paid my rent on time never gave them any trouble. However, the manager lied and told me my unit was sold but this app clearly says the unit I lived in wouldn’t be available until December 11th. This really upsets me because they put me in a bind. Don’t get me wrong the apartments are nice and well kept.
