It’s honestly getting worse. I get that majority of the repairs aren’t “emergencies” but when they cause bugs and things to appear, it’s a problem. The bathroom door isn’t fixed and it’s relatively important because we need a new bathroom door because the wood is so flimsy it chipped and split at the bottom corners of the door. Also, I would recommend this apartment if the office management were more professional. I’ve been told countless times that an attitude was given because someone would... come down and ask a simple question about a simple maintenance request. Whether it’s true or not there’s still a level of professional when it comes to this kind of stuff. Simple changes can make this place so much better. Also also, Liliana is great. She’s pretty much the only one.
