The Grove at Killeen Apartments

It’s honestly getting worse. I get that majority of the repairs aren’t “emergencies” but when they cause bugs and things to appear, it’s a problem. The bathroom door isn’t fixed and it’s relatively important because we need a new bathroom door because the wood is so flimsy it chipped and split at the bottom corners of the door. Also, I would recommend this apartment if the office management were more professional. I’ve been told countless times that an attitude was given because someone would... come down and ask a simple question about a simple maintenance request. It’s Decent. Small closet, but aside from that it isn’t bad. I stay alone so the size is good for me. I just have a lot of things and no where to put them lol.

Ladies in the office are always helpful also have some great neighbors . The laundry room and pool area is kept clean. Many activities such as park and basketball court for kids.

Great and respectful management team. The area is nice and away from feom the train tracks and making it a quiet area. The access to the gym is awesome.

Fast on maintenance apartments beautiful. I love the people in the office they are very understanding. I love the amenities. My kitchen is to die for
