They seem nice and all at first but have a habit of getting rude. Maintenance doesn't actually fix anything, they just slap it together so it will hold temporarily until it breaks again and repeats the process. Their towing rules for the parking lot are horrid as they towed neighbirs car for a "flat tire" that was not flat as well as painted "reserved" behind my car which led to it being towed. Rent goes up every 6 months and is inconsistent between tenants. Upstairs neighbor had same size... apartment and lived there 6 months less than us and was paying $100 more per month than us. Kids that live in the complex destroy propery, including the mailboxes. Well after the city quiet time people blast music that shakes the walls and yell outside. In a year and a half, two occasions of gunshots in the complex as well as a break in. Gates at the entrance are always broken and stuck open

Property Manager at The Renaissance at Stoney Creek responded to this review
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We do apologize your experience here at Renaissance was not a good one. We do strive on doing what we can to accommodate all of our residents the best we can. As the property manager here I do love your feedback... rather good or bad. We take our residents rather it be current, past or for the future seriously and we greatly appreciate them taking time out of their day to express their minds on their experience here. We will take what you have stated and discuss how we can better ourselves and for our future residents going forward.

Awful location. Not safe for families with young children. Everything breaks and it only gets halfway repaired. Lots of damage when we moved in that they still have not repaired. Would not recommend living here to anyone.
