This was my first time living fully alone. I felt like this neighborhood was mostly safe and mostly quiet. The maintenance guys always helped with my issues fairly quickly. I will say 2 cars had their tires stolen and were left on bricks overnight within the gated part of the complex. Also, getting packages from the lobby is difficult if you work 9-5. Overall, I never had too much of an issue personally and would recommend this place to others. Also, it was super nice living so close to an H-E-B... and a Kroger and a ton of good food places.

I wish I could give this apartment a 5-star rating, but there are a few reasons I can't.
Pros:
This apartment is very safe. We have been living here for the past 10 months, and there have been no car break-ins. The area is also quiet and calm.
Cons:
1)Neighbors can be inconsiderate; they sometimes use our trash bin without permission.
2)We have had issues with roaches and cockroaches entering our apartment from outside.
3)Maintenance requests sometimes take longer than expected to resolve... .
4)The gym door malfunctions. We have been locked inside twice and had to call a neighbor to let us out.
Overall, this apartment is a great place to stay in terms of safety and tranquility.

Expect nothing to ever be fixed. Half the time the game room is closed so you can't play pool or workout. The pool is usually closed most of the summer.
