I've lived here for 2 years now and genuinely have no complaints. Every issue i've ever had has been promptly addressed. Management is fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

People in front office are so nice and helpful. Apartments are super clean I’ve been living here since July and haven’t seen a single bug in here they keep the grounds clean as well. Nice place to live

Awesome place to live, love the events they hold a great way to bring the community together and build strong bonds with those living in you’re area. My only complaint is they show updated one bedroom apartments my boyfriend got this apartment a year ago and they still charge him regular rent yet we don’t have the same updated look mostly in the kitchen area.

My only complaints are small ones; main complaint would be the pricing. Other places have bigger apartments for about the same price as these. That's the trade off though because these apartments are SO much better at other things than other apartments.
Walls are paper thin, but that seems to be normal with apartments. Appliances seem old, but still do a good job of what you need done!
Maintenance is very on top of service orders, so you will get your problem solved within the same day or... the next day (depending on what time you place your service order). The manager at this site is extremely helpful and friendly. The site constantly has people cutting the grass or doing some type of work to make the apartments look great. The apartments are very close to all types of choices for food and of course right next to San Jacinto College.
Communication is actually very good between you and the office (you choose email or text). I do feel safe here, so I feel extremely comfortable going to to the mailbox at night.
If you can afford it, and the location is convenient for you, you won't have any regrets living here.
