Nice apartment and friendly staff. Maintenance staff are also friendly. Rental seem a little high for the local area, but the apartment building is of a higher than average quality so this seems like a fair trade-off. Biggest complaint was there were various maintenance issues that needed solving as soon as I moved in.

My experience at Plantation Park has been amazing. I appreciate all the staff and their ability to provide top tier customer service. Ive never stayed in a community that valued the resident's as much as this community does. They keep us informed on whats going on within the community and updated on things outside of the community. I've been here for 7 months and the community is nice, well kept, and quiet. My neighbors are friendly and welcoming.The staff are knowledgeable, nice, and helpful.....and they are good about having community events. My son and I have been enjoying the club house and pool. I'm also happy the community doesn't flood during the storms. Overall I would highly recommend
