Stay away.
The parking sucks. There is no security. Our cars get broken into like every other week. The pool is constantly closed, and even when it's opened, there is so many rules, you are not even allowed to do anything. Complaints get largely ignored by management. We went without hot water for the entire month of December. Worst of all, you don't get a choice of internet providers, you have to use gogamonster which is the worst internet company in the world. It goes out every time the wind blows and... because we live in freaking West Texas that is like 4 times a week. Find a gutter to live in, you will be better off.
