Horrible apartment management
I have never lived in a worse managed place. Our apartment would be cute if it didn’t have so many issues. When we moved in there was a hole big enough in the windowsill that you could stick a finger through it, the floors were broken in multiple spots, the cabinets under the kitchen sink were caving at the base, the list goes on and on. These issues took weeks to fix (mostly just because that’s how long it took for maintenance to finally show up). Then our kitchen light went out and it took... almost three weeks for them to fix, which they did by replacing the old light cover with a new one that was already cracked. Now our kitchen light has been out again for a week and they have yet to make an appearance despite speaking with the office multiple times. The management team has done nothing to help and will not call back if you leave a voicemail, which is what you generally have to do since they rarely answer the phones. We never expected a luxury apartment but at the very least we would like the bare minimum of everything to be in decent repair and working. We have every intention of leaving the second our lease is up. I do not recommend living here.
