Worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
This place is falling apart, absolutely. The water is constantly off. The plumbing is always stopped up. The dishwasher doesn't even work and falls out of the wall!!!
The office staff is snarky and hateful. They purposefully ticket you for your trash not being in the dumpster, but the dumpster is so full you cannot ever get trash in it. They tow every car of every visitor, even if you register the car as you're supposed to. You absolutely do NOT want to live here. It is the worse place... I've ever lived and I've lived in quite a few apartments. Please.............it's horrible.

Avoid This At All Costs
In the time my husband and I have lived here, we have been late ONCE with our rent payment...in almost three years. We have received a total of ONE written lease violation. Today, we received letters signed by your manager. When I called to verify, your assistant manager refused to give a reason, which she enacted the legal right to decline to provide a reason. That's your right as a property owner, which is fine. I DO however, have to take issue with the response to the follow-up question.... I asked if we could sign a new lease in another unit, as was told "no" by the assistant manager and that you (being the property) are not signing any lease with us. And yes, I DID manage to get that call recorded because it came from my personal cell. So smile; you were being recorded! ?? While you do have a right to refuse to give a reason for not allowing us to sign another lease with you, I also have the right to form my own assumptions as to WHY YOU WOULD NOT ALLOW A LONG-TERM TENNANT TO RENEW THEIR LEASE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC DURING A HOUSING CRISIS. In my mind, you are doing one of two things by possibly contributing to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as actively contributing to the housing crisis: 1. This is a direct result from your billing department not charging us for the monthly fee of our garage (which we were not aware of prior to the verbal notice). Your tune changed very quickly when corporate got involved, because I'm sure you knew if you persisted, this could be a proverbial shitshow on your end; because all of my invoices showed "PAID IN FULL", and you had no ground on which to stand. 2. You are discriminating against either me, my husband, or both of us in some manner. In either case, you do not make a very generous or "family oriented" statement regarding yourself. I literally cannot fathom why we would be restricted from leasing another unit on your property. I cannot fathom why a company who spent so much paper giving notices regarding helping your tenants with rent during the pandemic would ever actually help contribute to the problem. On a final note: this is NOT posted in an effort to demean your company (your reviews on pretty much every website you're advertised on do that well enough). This post is ME personally expressing my own distress, and hopefully preventing someone else from making the same mistake that I did almost three years ago.

Amazing
The property was so nice and clean, and the location is right around everything. I have been apartment hunting since December and I hope I can call Edgewood home! The office staff was so inviting and the 2 bed rooms are huge!! Fingers crossed there is availibity when I move!

Mixed feelings
The property itself is pretty nice...I've lived here since Oct 2018 & seen very few bugs. Pest control is good, maintenance requests are completed timely. Management has been another story. They are quick to place blame on the resident & don't take accountability for any issues that arise (easier for them to pass the buck than to use 'the customer is always right' rule). As long as you pay your rent on time, submit maintenance requests on the website & don't have to talk to the manager at all,... it's a good place to call home. Unfortunately lots of the grass has died near the buildings due to the trees so there's not much area for little ones to play. Thankfully there are parks/playgrounds nearby.
