DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! It took almost four days to fix one thing, which is unacceptable. A reasonable amount of time should be 24 to 48 hours at most to get something fixed, but that wasn't done. I am very dissatisfied with the services at my complex and the lack of accountability and management that should be taking care of residents, who pay a lot of money to live here. The parking lots have several holes and many issues; the parking gates don't work, even though it’s supposed to be a gated... community, and now anyone can come in. This is unacceptable. I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can move and find a place that is more secure and takes better care of residents by addressing maintenance requests in a timely manner.

My rent did not increase. Their response is quick and excellent and great results. They are helpful. They do answer their phones. If I leave a msg they call back asap. I’m super pleased with this apt and want to move to a bigger unit with two bedrooms
