Nice community and quiet. Close to local establishments. Friendly staff. No problems with other residents. Easy access parking. Spacious living.

It’s been an ok experience, been here 2 & 1/2 years now. it’s one of the cheaper options around town but has increased price every year. the maintenance team is 10/10. They’ve been removing most of the grass with rocks which is ugly and has no purpose. They replaced the washing machines with tap to pay which only works half the time, is more expensive than before, and occasionally double chargers you too. They hate you even looking at your car cause you’re “working on it” and “breaking lease... violations”. I used to put 5 stars but it seems this place isn’t going in a good direction

Great location in the city, pet friendly, quick response from property managers and maintenance. Some apartments are updated others are partially. Some fixtures are outdated and could use an update.

its ok loved it until the incident happened and nothing was done about it. Also, the pools have been awful in the summer. The new management company does not care.
