We lived here in 2006-2009

This was such a great complex to live in, the management team was top notch. The actual apartment was nice but felt old. However any issues they took care of it very quickly, it was great not to have upstairs neighbors. We are still in contact with our old next door neighbors many years later.

Enjoyed my time here

I really enjoyed my time here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Two covered parking can’t be beat and monthly rent payments can’t be best. The only issues I had were that the people here do not pick up after their dogs and trash is always found on the property. Nobody makes an effort to pickup after dogs or the trash on the ground. Other than these, I had no other issues. Neighbors keep to themselves which is a plus.

Great place to live!

We really like Las Colinas. The fact that you don't have neighbors above or below is great and it cools and heats well. My only complaint is people don't pick up after their dogs.

Good place to live

This is a great apartment complex. If you would like an apartment with lots of room to walk your dogs, this is the place for you. There is a huge courtyard with lots of grass. Also, if you like peace and quiet, in this apartment you will have no neighbors above or below you. Rent here!

Las colinas

Las Colinas has been a pretty nice apartment. We shopped around a lot and found that for the money this was a great place, especially with our dog! It has a great little patio space with dirt on either side of the concrete pad for a small garden. One of the drawbacks is the lack of storage space; only a few closets. There is a nice fireplace, new appliances and washer and dryer hook ups in most units.
