Worst move in experience. Apartment was still dirty and cleaning crew never showed up. I had to clean before I moved in. Landlord was unconcerned and lackadaisical when it came to addressing my concerns. Don’t recommend.

OakCreek Pays Residents 150 for 5 star reviews!!!
Do not lease here!!!Management will lure you in with a 99 move in and an immediate opening only to bait and switch you after you have gone through the application process. The management does not have the empathy or experience to handle basic problems. I was lied to through the application process and luckily there were so many red flags throughout the process I decided to move on. I have reached out to management about the incompetent staff and... the mis leading promises. Oak Creek Apartments has 5 star reviews is because they waive the 150 dollar admin fee if you leave a positive review. That to me is unethical. Do yourself a favor and move away from Oak Creek Apartments
