Southview Village Apartment
We moved in 2 months ago and we felt very welcomed thanks to the manager Sheila. She was very nice and helpful! LOVE everything about the apartment and the neighbors around us.

Each home allows for two locations of entry/exit. While each home is the same size and layout, we offer three pricing options based on the exterior of the home. The "no yard" option allows for residents and guests to simply leave the home by way of the front door onto the sidewalk, or the side door located off the kitchen/laundry area into the parking lot. The "small yard" options are our inside homes; the side doors to these will lead to a small backyard. These yards are perfect for those will small pets or easily fit a couple of lawn chairs for relaxing. The "large yard" options are the homes that feature a large yard, similar to a large dog run. These homes are perfect for those that like to spend more time outdoors...plenty of room for a table and chairs! This home and yard option is also the perfect choice for those with larger pets or more than one pet! **Front and back yard mowing is provided by our landscaping team. Residents and guests will have direct access to the fenced yard from the side door in the kitchen/laundry area.
All our floor plans are 800 sq ft and feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms stay cool with beautiful bronze ceiling fans and a window in each bedroom to let in plenty of natural light. Bifold doors allow our residents to gain full access to every inch of the bedroom closets. Hanging space is plentiful and each closet also features a top shelf for extra storage. A guest bath in the hall boasts a shower/tub combo and offers an extra long vanity. The master bathroom is the perfect size with two cabinets for extra storage and a shower alcove.
Monthly rent includes access to a gym membership to Planet Fitness (50th/Indiana). Cable and internet services through Optimum are free to residents too!

We moved in around June and right off the bat we felt comfortable and welcomed! Due to management, Ciara is a very loving and kind person, she gave us the best deal we could have possible have gotten!, our neighbors are awesome people!. Not only do they except dogs but there is a no breed restriction!.
I highly recommend South view village Apartments!. It’s a great place to live!.

These apartments are beautiful. I love the black appliances and stained concrete flooring. Ciara is super sweet and made the moving in process a breeze! I'm glad I chose this property.

These apartments are pretty good for the price. All units are identical 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments with concrete floors. Pros: only really have one shared wall with neighbors and there is no real problem with parking. The concrete floors are nice especially if you have pets, which you can have, although it can get cold in the winter. Cons: there is not much in the way of storage or closet space, no real space for dinning and they units are cheaply made which means the doors may not close all... the way, breakers trip etc.

I really enjoy that my apartments have concrete floors, it keeps my apartment cool in the dead of summer. Has a small dog park and a very friendly and attentive staff. Built well so I rarely ever hear my neighbors through the wall.
