Nice apartment, bad roaches
Loved the apartment but had major issues with roaches. They were there when I moved in. I baited, poisoned, and placed a work order. They scattered out of papers I left on the counter over night. Staff is responsive but ineffective. Moved because it's gross and they can't get a handle on it.

The BEST in East Texas
I have never felt more comfortable living in an apartment setting than I do at The Colony. My young daughter and I genuinely feel cared about by the friendly management team, coordinators, and maintenance technicians. The property is well maintained and the staff are always eager to help, say hello, and go over and beyond to make living on the property a top notch experience. This feels like a forever home with a great community supported by an outstanding crew. Such a gem and feel blessed... to have found Karin, Mariana, Jesse, and Alex!

One of the Best Apartments in Lufkin
Although this is not the newest property in Lufkin, the staff and amenities (in unit- washer/dryer) make up for that. Most importantly, this is in a relatively safe and quiet location. The maintenance team has been great when it comes to repairs and the office staff has been responsive. Enjoying it here so far.

Colony apartments
I moved in back in September. The apartments are nice and affordable. The community is really quiet and peaceful. I enjoy living here the amenities are great and the staff and management are great
