Poor build quality and even worse Management
This is hands down the worst apartment complex l've ever dealt with. The build quality is absolutely pathetic--our master bathroom has mold that management refuses to address, the doors don't latch properly, and the windows don't even lock, which is a serious safety hazard. It's like they cut every possible corner when throwing these buildings together.
But the real disaster is the management. Not only are they completely unresponsive, but they also handed our mail key to a random, unrelated... tenant and then had the audacity to refuse to give us our mail! That's not just incompetence--it's negligence.
The so-called "amenities" are a joke. The community grills had been broken for months with no communication or signs indicating they were out of order. It's clear that once they have your money, they couldn't care less about maintaining the property or addressing tenant concerns.
Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to live.
