The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room features a 65” smart TV, and the backyard and pool area include lounge chairs, a dining area, and a mini seating area around a fire pit. You’ll be able to park in the 4-car driveway. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated, making this home feel fresh and modern, while still making you feel right at home. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of eight or more guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.
