You will be stuck with bad A/C units that will reap your wallet every month on the electricity bill. Management claims to fix issues, but they do not actually fix anything. You will be miserably hot all year round and your walls and food will rot because of the humidity in these apartments. I do not recommend.

Being part of the San Pedro Apartment Community at Sharyland Plantation has been an AWESOME experience!!! The ambiance and the property with all amenities have a positive impact in your life as a resident at San Pedro Apartments. We experienced a great change in management and front office personnel assuring every resident is treated with respect and a welcoming attitude along with a smile. Looking forward to being part of this great apartment complex for a looooong time.

Don't waste your time or money. Bad management. Say goodbye to your deposit and expect to pay for carpet cleaning and stove burner replacement when you leave. No such thing as an early out of your contract.
