Do Not Stay Here!

I have been living here for several years, and it used to be a pretty decent place to call home. However, ever since the new management took over, everything has gone downhill. The once-friendly atmosphere has been replaced with poor communication and an utter lack of concern for residents' needs.

Maintenance requests now take forever to be addressed (if they’re even acknowledged at all), and the staff seems entirely uninterested in resolving any issues. Rent has been hiked without any real...
improvements to the complex, and the amenities that were promised when I moved in are either being neglected or shut down altogether.

On top of that, the new management team has been incredibly dismissive when approached with concerns. It's like they don’t care about the people who live here – only about making more money. The management’s lack of transparency has created a sense of distrust, and the building is becoming less safe and welcoming with each passing day.

If you're considering moving here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place was once a great community, but the new management has completely destroyed that. It’s sad to see how quickly things have deteriorated.

Worst apartment

I recently moved there because of the roach infestation. The residents are billed monthly for pest control but no one actually comes to exterminate. The maintenance is terrible, nothing ever gets "fixed" properly, they are just putting a bandaid on everything and then mark orders as complete. The maintenance men look unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. The parking lot is absolutely awful with potholes everywhere. The way the parking lot is laid out is awful. Management doesn't so... anything or address anything and get rude or attitudes when something is brought to their attention.. everything in the apartment is cheap and falls apart, probably as a way for them to keep the deposit. This complex is the worst in town.

Worst Apartment Ever

I would like to start off by saying that this apartment was generally okay up until month 8 of my 12 month lease. I understand bugs will always be an issue in apartments, but there are roaches and millipedes everywhere. I pay for pest control monthly, yet I’ve seen them treat my unit only twice out of the 8 months I’ve lived here. We have even contacted management about this, and it is very frustrating to pay for pest control monthly when they don’t even treat every month. Also no amount of... candles in the world could mask the smell of pot my neighbors smoke. Maintenance is very nice, but they do not have company uniforms that show they are maintenance. Instead it is random men in t-shirts and jeans that knock on the door stating they are there to fix something, when in reality any random person could walk into the apartment stating they are maintenance. I’ve had many instances where I have put in a work order and it said it was fixed, when in fact it was not fixed. For example, of the outlets in my living room does not work. I put in a work order, they said it was fixed, and once again it was not fixed. While on the subject of outlets, I had an outlet fire in my living room today. It completely destroyed and melted my cord to my TV, and I am now terrified I am going to wake to my apartment in flames due to the horrible wiring in this apartment. Most outlets work, some only work by turning on a light switch, and some don’t work at all/catch on fire. The parking lots are atrocious. There are pot holes everywhere! The apartment entrance has a massive pothole that management continues to fill with rocks as a temporary fix. My favorite incidence however, was when a car rolled off the parking lot and was 10 feet away from smashing into my bedroom. The curbs above my unit are roughly 3 inches tall. Somehow that little curb is supposed to prevent a vehicle from rolling off the edge. The fire department came along with a crane to lift the car back onto the parking lot. In response, management "fixed" it by bolting little 3 foot beams into the concrete. Within days most of the beams had fallen off the edge. I would love to provide photo proof, because it is so ridiculous it is laughable. I have so many other things I could say about this place, but I figured I wrote enough to get my point across.
