Don’t consider
If I could give this place zero stars I would! My husband and I thought the place was beautiful, great amenities, close community of people that holds community events that are fun, Jason and Matt at the Front are great too…..BUT, what they call luxury apartments are far from it! Yes the fixtures and design are beautiful… DONT let that fool you!! The granite counter tops are not sealed and are easily stained, the flooring looks like hardwood, it’s plastic laminate slats! There is no padding... under the flooring and the glue seeps through the seams (which can’t be cleaned), the walls are paper thin (little to no insulation) so you can hear every step your upstairs neighbors make…be prepared for the kitchen fixtures to shake and window rattle when the upstairs neighbor walk (when we addressed this issue with the Front Office we were told that it is normal for apartment living. WHAt?! If your neighbors have a disagreement, you’ll hear every word through the walls! These apts. are awful…. They are NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Don’t expect to have peace or a good nights sleep.
We pay more for a yard (it floods every time the sprinklers are on… when I say flood, it’s like 1-2 inches deep of water). There is no plan to fix this issue…. We’ve documented the flooding and shown the Front Office, the property manager and her supervisor and still nothing has been done as a permanent fix to combat the flooding.
We also live next to a riser room (room that house the fire sprinkler system equipment for in case of a fire). We’ve lived her for 6 months, this room shares a wall with the master bedroom, and we deal with alarms going off (beeping that can be heard through the thin walls), and an air compressor that goes off at all hours (mostly goes off in the early morning hours)! We’ve been woken up from a dead sleep, with a VERY LOUD NOISE that vibrates the wall. This compressor goes off for anywhere from 15 to 30 mins. My husband is a combat veteran and every time this happens….it triggers his PTSD. We have taken MANY videos of the noise, shared it with the Front Office team (including upper management and the ownership of the apartment property). We’ve only received apologies, no resolutions to permanently fix the issue. We’ve been offered a transfer of apartments, and an early term of our lease, but both options come with us signing an NDA. REALLY?! Yet we’re still needing to pay the premium price for our apartment that has a VERY loud issue?! You’ve been warned!
