DO NOT RENT HERE
The front office will not invest money into their unit. They give you the run around when pressed. The property manager even tried to convince me that their units are not designer to handle 100 degree heat. They will send the maintenence people out to check Freon but nothing will get fixed. The townhome unit is constantly 80 degrees during the hot part of the day and even hotter in the 2nd story. Do not rent here.

Nice Place to live!
Recently moved-in, my experience with Gloria was great. She was very detailed,respectful and sweet throughout the process. The apartments are quiet, and have lots of parking! Gated community, and the gate actually works! The maintenance are quick to respond and the office ladies even follow-up! Def. recommend this apartments.

Just moved in !
My girlfriend and I just moved in a couple months ago and we love it here . Quiet and the staff is good. Definitely recommend.

San Augustine Apartments
I have lived here almost 5 years and never had a problem.Very nice,clean and quiet apartments to live in.The staff from the office are very friendly the take the time to answer your questions and issues that you may have. The maintenance crew is awesome and fix what needs to be done quickly. The property so far is well maintained and hope they keep it that way. Our family is very happy here.
