I thoroughly enjoyed my time living here at this amazing apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, I knew I had made the right decision. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made sure that everything was taken care of promptly and efficiently.
The apartment itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The open-plan layout made it easy to entertain guests, and the large windows provided plenty of natural light, which was... a big plus for me.
The building also had plenty of great amenities, including a gym, pool, and communal spaces where residents could hang out and socialize. I loved taking advantage of these facilities, especially on weekends when I had more free time.
One thing that really stood out to me was the location of the apartment complex. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but still close enough to all the great restaurants, bars, and shops that the city has to offer. I really enjoyed being able to walk or bike to nearby attractions, and I never felt like I was missing out on anything.
Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. The staff, amenities, and location all exceeded my expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time living here.

Just Don’t…
I am not normally a person to leave a bad review but since this is a place where people are hoping to call home, I want to be 100% honest and paint a full picture of what it was like living on this property. Let’s start with the pros: • convenient location • many grocery store options nearby • for people with children it’s right near a school • only 10 minutes from downtown Austin • easy access to the highway
Cons: • the management company is incredibly unprofessional • there were over five... packages and break-ins within the course of three months. The management company did not resolve the issue or reimburse people for stolen packages. • the property is dirty and the stairwells smelled like rotting food, weed, and dirty diapers • the valet trash company rarely picked up the trash and the management company were requesting the residents to content the valet trash company about the issue. • the electricity was faulty and we had to flip the breaker multiple times a day just to complete simple task • Half the amenities were only available during office hours and the pool/grill were locked for the majority of the year • Parking was a disaster- people would double park their work vehicles and the parking lot would be so full we wouldn’t leave after 5pm because if we did we would end up having to park our car on the street outside of the gates because there weren’t enough spots left.
The property may seem beautiful online but it is horrible. We ended up breaking our lease to get out of there the quality of life was so low. I have never had so many other residents come up to me in passing and ask if I hated it there as much as them and chat about how badly we wanted to leave.
