BEWARE OF THIS COMPLEX!!
Firstly, I have encountered significant issues with the assistance provided by the front office staff. On several occasions, I have found their responses to be unhelpful and dismissive. This has caused considerable frustration, particularly when timely and effective communication is crucial. The front office staff is NEVER of much assistance and loves to pass around issues, I am NEVER notified of any issue in a timely manner and must always reach out and follow up on issues I have had in the... past.
Additionally, I recently experienced an incident where my car was towed unjustly. I had just gotten into a car accident and received the rental a day prior to being towed. This put me out $400 right when rent is due. Despite adhering to all parking regulations and having a valid parking permit for my personal vehicle the rental was towed without prior notice. This action not only caused me inconvenience but also resulted in unexpected expenses. I have been a resident for 4 years and have NEVER encountered this problem before. This is not the first issue I have had with your front office staff. NO ONE ever answers the phone which should be an issue for you team if you are not having good customer service and Tierza refuses to ever call back. My unit had two floods due to the pipes and during that situation the front office staff were dismissive and little to no help and I the tenant had to follow up on several occasions especially when the pipe that burst was exposed to the elements for months before anyone did anything. During the recent freezes I had to reach out to have the exposed pipe taken care of because everyone "forgot". I can't even begin to imagine the black mold that is most likely within the walls. On top of that I had issues the first two years with the person above me letting their dog urinate from their balcony onto my items outside. I had to report this well over 5 times and included emails, several photos and videos and this was not rectified for several months. For a "luxury" living apartment there is not much luxury about it, especially with individuals that broke into the office and obtained keys to garages or the several MURDERS you have had here. I would think with a long term resident you would want to be more helpful and willing to assist especially with the towing issue. I WILL NOT be resigning my lease.
