Very Clean and wonderful management

Lived here for a while, and never had any complaints. Property is very clean, love the amenities it comes with, and the staff is super nice.

Lovely place to live!

We've been here now for 4 months and has been a breeze in comparison to some of the neighboring complexes.

We had an issue with our dryer and the front desk team was quick about solving it for us.

For the price, i don't think there's many other places that compare. Thanks Jackson Place team.

HORRIBLE MANAGMENT

My experience was going well, until a disagreement with the manager, that is when they stopped notifying me about entering my apartment and ignoring my maintenance needed in my apartment. Also, when brought up to the manager, I was completely ignored. I have had way too many problems, from them not wanting to go in because of my pet to them entering and not even bothered that my pet was out. they pick and choose when they want something done. It is not a good thing when the place you rent from... makes you feel unwelcomed. Take it from my experience and look somewhere else.

Make sure to float on carpet while living there.

Hi! My experience with Jacksonplace overall was good. However, the neighbors next to the apartments are loud. Make sure to learn to levitate while living in their apartments since they will charge you $700 dollars for a new carpet for new landlords when you move out. It is ridiculous.

Great experience

I recently went with a dear friend of mine to meet and look at these newly built apartments. I had a wonderful experience just being on the sideline watching how they treated my friend. I definitely will be recommending this place to other people looking for a place to live! Thanks again for your hospitality!
