Great place to live

I have lived here 3 years and love my unit. The staff is always nice to me. Whenever I needed maintenance for anything they are always quick to fix my requests. The grounds are always kept nice and I feel very safe living here . Julie the property manager is an Angel!

The complex is really clean. The manager has been there forever and she is super helpful. I would recommend moving here.

Sauna for an apartment

Leaving a 1 star review due to the fact that my ac still isn’t working the way it should and it still gets very hot in my apartment over 80+ degrees inside feels like a sauna at times can’t have family or friends over due to the discomfort of the heat has you sweating while sitting on your couch even at 10 pm it will be at 77 degrees and won’t go any lower until midnight I’ve had them come to my apartment about 6 times in the past 2 months regarding my ac and I’m
Not the only one in this complex... with the same issue at this point it seems like I’ll just have to suffer this summers heat at fox trails apartments and would I recommend these apartments NO

Management matters!

I was SO impressed with how quickly the management at Fox Trails handled the aftermath of the tornado in May. I saw Julie in the parking lot at around 7:30 AM getting absolutely pounded by rain and hail. Within just a few hours there were already landscapers cleaning up all of the big, beautiful trees that had been blown down. The entire staff worked tirelessly to put the property back together. Within days the property looked like it had not been hit at all, while all the surrounding areas had... not been touched and still looked terrible. This is a testament to how well organized and committed the management is here. Will continue to call this my home for as many years as I can! Kudos!

Best place in the neighborhood!

I highly recommend Fox Trails if you are looking in North Plano. The place is immaculate, the manager Julie is very easy to talk to. Prices are a bit higher but look around! You get what you pay for...
