How Is This Rating Determined?

Filled with bugs and unresponsive management

If you like living in apartments filled with ants and roaches, flooded hallways, random fire alarms in the middle of the night, thin walls, and management who is unresponsive, choose Luxia Preston! Otherwise I would recommend to look elsewhere.

Love the Apt!

Great apartment community! The layout and the apartments are beautiful. The staff is super helpful! A+++..highly recommended. I really enjoy being here.

CANT WAIT TO MOVE IN!

The experience we had just from the tour made us expedite our moving process and cancel any following appts! Keiandra was incredible- and made us feel right at home. Our apartment was not finished just yet but that’s part of the excitement as well knowing we are moving into a new place in the community we love. Thank you all for the great experience .
