Went Downhill FAST

Pros: FISD, mall nearby, walmart nearby, lease ends soon
Cons: Too close to walmart so you hear constant honking, VERY LOUD, found rat poop on the patio, lacking proper managers, wrong rent posted MULTIPLE times, rude staff

This place has gone downhill the past year and a half

Been here two years. First was okay, but then management got disrespected and lazy and tenants leave trash everywhere and are extremely disrespectful.

Excited to move out next week!!!!

Great location in respect of access to shopping centers, restaurants, temples, hospitals, and schools. Very clean, pleasant, attractive ambience. Very courteous caring professional office staff and maintenance technicians
