They took the time to explain every detail thoroughly, ensuring we had a clear understanding of the leasing process and available options. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience seamless and stress-free, reflecting their commitment to excellent customer service.

When I first moved in, this community was great—especially with Victoria in the office. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. The staff is no longer as friendly or communicative, and management turnover happens far too often.
Many gym machines are broken and haven’t been repaired.
The whirlpool at the pool hasn’t worked since I moved in.
The business center computers and printers are constantly out of order, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable.
Parking is a nightmare, especially for guests.
The gate... is almost always open, and the parcel gate is frequently propped open, making security a major concern.
Broken-down cars have been sitting in parking spots for months.
Some residents have dogs that violate community policies, including restricted breeds like Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.
I originally chose this community because it was gated and felt secure, but that’s no longer the case. I renewed my lease once, but I won’t be doing so again. Rent is too expensive to not enjoy the experience. Read More

Apartment is good but amenitie should have been improved. Inside house lighting is too dull. Mobile network is too weak. Garrage width is less

I have had a wonderful experience living at Orion Prosper Lakes Apartments. The property is extremely well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas that truly make it feel like home.

The management team is outstanding—they address service requests promptly and with great professionalism. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to ensure everyone is comfortable.

The community itself is fantastic, with friendly and respectful residents... who contribute to a peaceful and welcoming environment. The amenities are another highlight, offering everything you need for both relaxation and convenience. From the well-equipped fitness center to the sparkling pool and outdoor spaces, there’s something for everyone.

nicely layed out and well maintained community, tucked away at a good location between 380 and coit. I little away from the hustle of the city, which was one thing i wanted. Not sure how long it will last though with the cities expanding at the pace it is :)
