Don’t like the extra service fees the charge for water.
Also you are limited who can come over.
Limited on a lot of things. Also will not be renewing my lease.

Nice apartments. Only complaint is parking , not enough spaces. Quick response on service requests. Love the location and community. Easy access to everything.
