Pearl Point Apartments

I love living here! Clean, calm, safe, friendly, very reasonably priced. I hardly ever hear through walls or ceiling. People here are kind and respectful of each other. All the employees here go the extra mile to take care of residents and property. I call this my retirement resort, even though it is very family friendly for folks with children. It really does feel more like a home than just an apartment.

Pearl Point management needs to work on communicating with the residents on when the service requests will be done. Also, returning calls in general. We asked about possibly renting a storage unit and that was weeks ago, we still have not received a call back on that. We had asked about a price and availability, we still have not received info on it.

If you love your amenities and a safe place to live this would be the place to come

Rose was my leasing agent and I found her to be excellent and always answered my questions in a timely manner. The apartment I moved into was very clean and freshly painted. The grounds and pool area are also clean and well maintained. The complex is also very quiet. I have only been living here for 2 weeks but so far - a good experience.

This is a terrific Greystar property with a great beach town vibe, a quality front office and maintenance staff, really nice residents, and wonderful amenities! We have been gone for a couple of weeks and really miss the place and can’t wait to get back home! We are very pleased with our choice in Rockport and Greystar, as usual, continues to impress!
