Poor Management
When I initially moved in they didn’t feel the need to replace the stained carpets. My back door top lock would not lock(it still doesn’t after submitting a maintenance report). The kitchen and garage lighting would not work. The cabinets had paint and stains on all of them. I only moved here because I was informed I had to leave my previous apartment complex under short notice. The staff was initially nice, but they don’t know what they want you to pay for rent. I had a statement online saying... one amount, and then two different ledgers posted on my door with two more different amounts. When I went to the office to get confirmation of which amount I was supposed to pay, Jarrad printed out a new ledger telling me to pay that amount. I did so. Of course when I tried to pay onlyline I was unable to because of a charge that was still showing up. The online amount was higher than the ledger he printed. I went up to the office so they could waive the fee because I paid the amount I was told to. Jarrad had an attitude with me telling me I was supposed to be evicted. At the beginning of the month we had a conversation and he said that we could do a payment plan. I simply said I was trying to get an understanding of the balance because I was told something different last week, by Jarrad, and it wasn’t my fault I was told one thing but now it’s another. He rudely said it was my fault that I didn’t pay my rent on time. I just walked out. I never wanted to stay at this terrible complex initially but I literally had no choice. I will not be renewing my lease here and wouldn’t recommend anyone live here under any circumstances.
