Pets are welcome with a fee to cover the cleaning cost. Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request. A $150 initial heating cost will apply and $90 per day to maintain 90 degrees temperature at all times. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $60 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest.

We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. The fireplace is electrically operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.
