I wasn’t sure about moving to an apartment.

Would there be privacy or noise issues? Would the residents be friendly or aloof? Would the management and staff be attentive or absent?

7600 has met and exceeded my expectations. There have been no privacy or noise issues. The residents I’ve met have been consistently friendly and polite. The management and staff are consistently courteous and professional.

More than that, the neighborhood is wonderful, the special events for residents are... amazing, the concierge service is excellent, and the amenities make me feel like I’m living in a 5 star hotel!

I’m so glad I chose 7600 for my new home!

The staff at 7600 is always on top of the needs of the residents.
Nothing is too small a detail.
When packages are delivered the concierge staff gets them into secure lockers and notifies the resident of their arrival. Have never had one lost.

We throughly love 7600 Broadway

Absolutely wonderful community! All the employees are super friendly, courteous, and always willing to go above and beyond. We were helped by Brianna and she helped us choose our special home. Thank you to her. We are always greeted by Dan in a welcoming manner. Thank you to him. And the amenities are top tier! Almost too wonderful to describe. Thank you to everyone at 7600 Broadway.
