I would give 0 stars if I could. I was a tenant here for 2 years and lived in 2 different apartments. I had problems with ants and roaches in both. Even after having pest control treat for them. I lived on the third floor first, with no washer and dryer. I constantly had clothes get stolen at the laundry centers. The third floor apartment wasn’t nearly as bad as the first floor though. My AC leaked puddles on to my floor for 6 months. I had maintenance come to fix it 4 different times and one... told me I needed a new AC unit but that management is cheap and he would have to convince them. After this, nothing was ever done. I had 2 trash bins for the water in the closet and it was leaking so bad I would have to dump them out daily. Showed a picture of the full buckets and explained to front office my situation and was met with “oh that’s an emergency have you put in a maintenance request for it?”. Still nothing was done. Then my bathtub started shocking me. I had maintenance come out to look at it, they couldn’t fix it and I was told “well it’s not bad enough to hurt you seriously”. I had my car broken into, and 2 different attempts to break into my apartment. One was a seriously drunk lady who almost banged my door off the hinges and I had to call the cops. This isn’t surprising though considering the gates are always broken and left open for anyone to walk in. The last straw was when they wanted to do renovations and told me I had to pack up all my things 2 months before my lease was to be up and I would be moving out. I decided to leave early but agreed to pay remaining rent/electricity and water fees along with a reletting fee for a new tenant. I get a bill in the mail for $5000 dollars because they decided to claw back the specials on rent, even though I left only 2 months early.
